Kari has been going to Joy School every Tuesday for the last month and is really enjoying it. Today, she got to go on a field trip to Bird World to see all the animals.
At the end of our time at Bird World, all the kids got their very own goldfish to take home. We tried for a while to think of a name for Kari's fish. I suggested, Goldie, Grandma, Suzie, etc. None of them were good enough, finally Kari said, "what if we just name her Fishy?" So that's the name.
Kari gets to keep her in her room and take care of her all by herself!
Kari even enjoyed looking at the snakes and lizards!

How fun!!! Even though Ian is older than Kari, it amazes me how much older she seems. I would NEVER let Ian keep a fish in his room within reach. He would kill that thing the very first day. It would probably happen when he was trying to get a drink from the tank or when he tried to sleep with it or something. Kari and Hayden are so dang cute, give them a kiss from us!!

She is so grown up! Maybe you should have her name your next baby. That's pretty trusting to let her take care of Fishy all by herself! I am sure she will do well because she is a great little mommy!
